PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

Qual­i­fi­ca­tion and Experience

  • Bach­e­lor of Accoun­tan­cy or Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion from an accred­it­ed university
  • Master’s Degree in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion or Pub­lic Admin­is­tra­tion or its equivalent
  • Must be a qual­i­fied accountant/chartered sec­re­tary and administrator
  • A min­i­mum of 7 years of proven expe­ri­ence in a senior man­age­ment position

Knowl­edge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong Strate­gic think­ing and ana­lyt­i­cal and prob­lem-solv­ing skills
  • Excel­lent guid­ance and coun­sel­ing and inter­per­son­al skills
  • Abil­i­ty to work in a team environment
  • Good com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills, both oral and written
